The 2016 US election that finished even before it happened

Almost everyone in this world living right now apart from North Koreans are aware of the elections in the United States. I am not writing this article to endorse or support a candidate but to focus on the repercussions of this election on other countries. The election may not have taken place already but America has already lost the election.

And that is because it loses a man called Barack Obama. If you ask the Americans themselves to choose between Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump and Barack Obama, I personally think that Obama can easily win the contest. Its because he seems to be far better in every department when compared to the two presidential nominees in a right way. Barack and his whole family will be dearly missed by the American people. They seemed to be the perfect family that lived in the White House. No controversies, no unfriendliness and no stupid talks. Michelle and her kids have taken care of themselves in one of the most respectful ways they could possibly have done throughout Obama's tenure. I certainly have great respect for their family and their upbringing of what I have heard until now.

Speaking of the two presidential nominees, both seemed to be dipped in a dirt hole dug by themselves. On Hillary we have the email scam leaked by Wikileaks, her actions against certain people when Bill Clinton was the President and on the other side we have the man who has said "nasty" things about women, confident of building a wall along the Mexican border to stop illegal immigrants and temporary ban on Muslims to enter United States. Both these people make me think how bad the choices have been for the people to select this election. I certainly will not blame the people for having selected these two people. This also reflects the mindset of the Americans living in the country. Some have been fed up of the Obama policies, slow growth and are of the view that immigrants are reducing their quality of life much like what the Britons have done in the Brexit election. Then there are the other set who think Obama's policies are the best way to take America forward. For me, no matter what the election may give America, it certainly has lost a charismatic leader in Obama. I really hope that Hillary or Trump whoever gets elected will hold the President's post in high esteem and will make decisions considering not only Americans but also people living all across the world.
